Arian Marine training objectives are to ensure a wide
range of internal and external training always to
continuously develop and to improve the personal and
professional knowledge and quality of every individual crew
member.
- Obtain the relevant knowledge, motivation and skills
required to manage safely, perform their Job well.
- Update and maintain personnel needs with regard to
statutory industry training requirements.
- Implement appropriate client training programs and
maintain overall efficiency while achieving the required
standard.
- To achieve and maintain best practice in all areas
we operate as well as a strong focus on competence,
health, environment and safety.
- Fulfill of the specifications of the vessels
requirements to ensure specialized vessels training need
and mobilizing of vessel.
